From Humble Beginnings

The story of Olive Yu began in 2019, in the charming village of Ahangama, where two creative souls, Kate and Susie, crossed paths for the first time. Their shared love for jewellery, gemstones, and exploration ignited a spark, and from that moment, their journey together began.Inspired by the diverse cultures they encountered during their travels, they set out to create personalized designs that reflect the beauty and wonder of the world. Sri Lanka, with its breathtaking natural landscapes and the warmth of its people, holds a special place in their hearts. Since its inception, Olive Yu has blossomed into a family of ten dedicated members who form our core team. Bound together by a strong sense of camaraderie, we approach our work with a perfect balance of diligence and joy. Our unyielding spirit and dedication are the driving forces behind every piece of jewellery we create.
